Cemetary
In the surroundings of Ter Apel there were three cemeteries. The first is located near the Roswinkelderstraat in Roswinkel in the Province of Drenthe, and was used until 1866.
The second cemetery is located in De Maten, and was only used as cemetery until 1886. Neither of the cemeteries have tomb-stones anymore.
The third cemetery is located in the village Ter Apel at the Schotslaan, and was founded in 1887.
Here there are 35 tomb-stones.
